Psychology has been my passion since I was in college. While earning a PhD in Social Psychology, I studied how relationships affect people, both in the short-term and the long-term. For nearly a decade, I used my research training as an academic researcher, but I aspired to work directly with people as a psychotherapist, which led me to a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I am honored to be able to collaborate with individuals, couples, and families. It is inspiring to see clients grow as they work to understand their experiences and make their lives what they want them to be.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, adapting to meet clients' specific strengths, needs, and goals. My hope is that therapy allows clients to connect with their goals, and provides a space to open up about difficult topics. At its heart, therapy can be a vulnerable experience. I strive to provide a warm, open-minded, and genuine presence that will help clients feel at ease.
